If you are like me, fashionably late is a way of life. With appointments, meetings, parties and soccer games, I’m always running on full steam, stressed-out, totally late mode.
While that used to result in me looking frantic and barefaced with mismatched shoes, I’ve found five fool-proof shortcuts that help me get out the door at record speed, or at least look more put together by the time I finally get there!
Try these tried-and-true, short cut hair styling tips:
In a time crunch with out of control hair? Toss it in a high messy bun, and pretty it up with a girly headband or interesting hair clip!
Greasy roots and no time to shower used to be a recipe for oily disaster, but now a few squirts of a dry shampoo can dry that right up. If you don’t have any on hand, try lightly sprinkling your fingertips with baby powder and coming it through the oily sections.
Wash and braid your hair at night. This way, if you wake up late, you can totally use the ready-made waves to your advantage.
Fast heating curling wands and straighteners heat in seconds and get you styled and out the door in no time!
Tame out of control fly aways by spraying a clean toothbrush with firm hold hairspray, and gently brush down frizz along your part and hairline.
With these short cuts, you’ll save time and look great!
